In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. Salary Ranges includes local market supplement This is a GG-12 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-12 duties for the Professional work category are at the Full Performance work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-12 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Applicant must possess quality level experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Quality experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Examples of creditable experience include knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices associated with management and program analyses of complex programs-specifically, guidance of the financial PPBE processes to acquire and manage resources to satisfy mission requirements. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Ability to select, adapt, and apply program analysis concepts, methods, and tools to plan and manage analyses of program planning/resources management issues, and generate narrative and statistical reports. 2. Ability to apply knowledge of DoD resources management concepts and functions to conduct program/project planning and analysis. 3. Skill in use of advanced functions of Microsoft Office Suite applications to facilitate organization, analysis, and presentation of large volumes of narrative and numerical/statistical data, and preparation of executive-level briefings. 4. Ability to provide a comprehensive program of administrative management services to maintain efficient, effective operations of a line component. 5. Ability to plan and manage projects requiring collaboration with various internal and external components. 6. Skill in communicating complex information on resources planning and management findings and recommendations in various forms and to various audiences. PART-TIME OR UNPAID

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
