Responsibilities:
Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases:
Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.
Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the process areas:
Technical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal; Project Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement; Enterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Life-cycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management; Agreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply
Qualifications:

years of systems engineering experience Bachelors degree in an Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, Engineering Management, Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics from an accredited college or university.
A High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area) may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
A Masters or PhD degree in a qualified discipline from an accredited college or university may be substituted for two (2) years of systems engineering experience.
Experience developing, delivering and approving a work product in Technical, Project, Enterprise and Agreement Process Areas.
Experience performing analysis of technical alternatives for a project and making preliminary recommendations.
Experience assisting in developing a new or innovative approach to a technical or engineering issue.
Experience assisting in conducting an evaluation to determine its suitability for project implementation.
Experience analyzing and proposing appropriate engineering standards, methodologies and processes for a project.
Experience leading and coordinating contractor systems engineering activities for a project to include supervising the work of the project engineering staff and technicians.
Experience briefing stakeholders and presenting the status on all technical aspects of their project Active Top Secret / SCI
Poly ClearanceMust be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI Poly clearance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
