Description: Responsible for overseeing the execution of several advanced signals intelligence and computer network operations training courses. Candidate must have experience managing DOD Contractors and contracts to include:

Management of hours and Contractor travel.

Designing, planning, establishing program milestones.

Overseeing deadline completion, resource management, risk assessment, and tracking.

Ensuring all deliverables and course timelines are met.

Provide intelligence oversight (IO) for contractor personnel (initial and annual refresher).

Skills and Qualifications

Former military or government civilian Senior SIGINT Subject Matter Expert (within the last 10 years) with 15 years of SIGINT collection, analysis, and reporting experience in a deployed SOF environment, supporting SOF elements, the Intelligence Community and/or a HQ level command.

10 years as a Manager/Task Lead in a military environment or school house

5 years of experience in launching, directing and managing large scale programs and performing management functions such as, planning, scheduling, organizing, and tracking processes, ensuring the feasibility of each project

3 years of experience in handling the day-to-day management and administration of a DoD task order/contract

Possess excellent written and oral communications/presentation skills

Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) --OR-- 2 years' experience in curriculum development and implementation, podium lecturing, and classroom instruction

TOP SECRET clearance and SCI eligible on Day 1 of performance

A counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within the last five years

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
