Description
Responsible for creating Information System Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process and documentation to include System Security Plans (SSP) within a classified environment
Provide security expertise to create the required documentation and put the required project components thru the security process
Ensuring systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan
Exposure to DCID 6/3, DoD, or NIST security standards for processing classified/sensitive information on data systems including Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) is desired
Working closely with System Administrators
Providing end to end security solutions
Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience as in ISSO on programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional experience as an ISSO may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
