Active Top Secret Clearance
Experience supporting DoD IT programs, and Coalition (e.g., NATO, NATO/ISAF, and Operation Enduring Freedom), COCOM, or COCOM-connected organizations (e.g., Joint Task Forces, and Service support components, such as US Fleet Forces Command)
Experience managing network engineering functions in a DoD environment, preferably for NSS
Familiarity with DISAs responsibility for the technical aspects of the Joint Information Environment (JIE) and DISAs leadership of the JIE Technical Synchronization Office (JTSO)
Familiarity with plans for synchronizing MNIS processes with the Mission Partner Environment (MPE)
Hands-on experience with Alcatel, Cisco and Nortel optical products and Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) switches; Cisco ONS Multiservice Provisioning Platforms (MSPP) and routers; OMNI optical products; and, HP servers
DESMF credentials equivalent to the ITIL Foundation qualification
Undergraduate degree in engineering or IT; a Masters degree in engineering or IT is preferred
Certification as a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or as a Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certification in CompTIA Cloud Essentials and expertise in the design and implementation of Cloud Computing
Experience in network and network-related: architecture, engineering analysis, design and operations, security technologies and security and encryption standards, complex routing protocols, physical and logical local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) technologies, and wi-fi
Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, multi-vendor network and security hardware solutions Cisco and Juniper, for example and understanding of security-policy implementation details and how to manage design and support of network environments to maintain policy integrity

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
