U.S. Citizenship or National
Project Lead for a software development activity monitoring cost, schedule, and performance reporting weekly status to PM/DPM.
Performs requirements analysis, working with contractor support team and end users of the system to fully document user requirements.
Evaluates all contractor deliverables.
Works with internal and external stakeholders to test the system to ensure a quality product is made available to end users.
Prepares documentation to support software deployment and leads deployment activities.
Manages software defects and operational issues until final resolution.
Attends meetings, seminars, etc., and reviews technical literature to enhance knowledge of new or emerging state-of-the-art advances in software engineering techniques and practices, and of ADP equipment being considered for production use. Recommends and implements new techniques, software, equipment or practices.

In addition to meeting the basic requirement, qualified applicants must possess: One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience at the GS-12 level is defined as experience designing, documenting, developing, and implementation of software systems to solve complex business problems and integrate business systems, using a variety of software development tools and database management software.
Specialized experience at the GS-13 level is defined as experience as a team lead directing the design, documentation of, development, and implementation of software systems to solve complex business problems and integrate business systems, using a variety of software development tools and database management software.
Education is not substitutable for specialized experience for this grade level.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
