Position: Senior Manager of Service Delivery & Operations - Healthcare Pharma / POS
Location: Elkridge, MD
Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000

Job Description:
Directing application solutions and technical teams, a retail point-of-sale prescription/pharmacy system, and managed major projects.
Acting as liaison between state and technical development/support teams.
Taking ownership for client implementations, cross-functional strategic initiatives, and large-scale, high-impact projects.
Leading service delivery experience to the client by being the point of ownership.
Managing resources within operations of service delivery teams (contact centers, rebate services, resources supporting technical implementation.
Qualifications:
Have a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Experience in Operations Leadership and Service Delivery.
Must have managed healthcare pharmacy operations, supporting application solutions, a retail point-of-sale prescription/pharmacy system.
2
years of experience in a management position.
3
years of experience serving as a liaison between technical and operational teams.
Have large Project Management leadership experience.
Previous experience in creating use cases, requirement analysis documents, detail specification documents, resolving production problems and developing user acceptance test plans and knowledge of development life cycles.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Provide financial trend and forecast analysis/validation.
