Duties This announcement is open to Current Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees who reside or are currently employed in the Fort Meade local commuting area, which includes the District of Columbia and Baltimore City; Maryland counties of Anne Arundel, Prince George, Montgomery, Howard, Harford, Charles, Calvert, Carroll, Frederick and Baltimore; Adams County in Pennsylvania; Virginia counties of Arlington and Fairfax and all cities existing in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania within the geographic area bounded by the outer boundaries of the combined areas of the aforementioned countiesThis position is located within Quality Oversight, Investigations Quality Review (IQR), Defense Counterintelligence Security and Agency (DCSA)The incumbent reports directly to the Deputy Program Manager and periodically receives direct tasks from the Program Manager and Executive Program Manager, particularly for those tasks in support of the entire Quality Oversight organizationAs a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, the incumbent's assignments routinely involve access to, audit of, analysis of, and making recommendations regarding workload assignment and efficiency, productivity reporting and process improvements.
o Workload levels and trending, case assignment tracking, dashboard statistics on program performance and all instruction manuals tied to the reporting of productivity.
o This work requires interpretation and application of a diverse range of skills:
project management, strategic planning, effective liaising, business analysis, continuous process improvements, program evaluation, and contracting.
o Management Analyst collaborate across the DCSA Directorate with project leaders, branch chiefs, and other key personnel, as required, to keep Quality Oversight leaders and stakeholders fully informed of operational details, milestones, and deliverablesRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a US citizeno Selective Service Requirement:
