Description Leidos is seeking a Sr. Endpoint Architect to join our Defense Enclave Services team for our customer at Ft. Meade, MD; however, this position can support a hybrid work/telework weekly schedule. PROGRAM
Summary:
Defense Enclave Services (DES) is a 10-year program focused on the consolidation of common IT services into a single service provider (SSP) framework led by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The program involves a wide range of networks and services for more than 370,000 end-users spanning all Department of Defense (DoD) agencies and field activities (DAFAs) in the U.S. and abroad. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
oCurrently possess or are eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required) PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
oDevelop and implement End Point Workplans. oDevelop and implement strategies that enable End Point automation and optimization. oDevelop End user experience optimization strategy that is enabled by real time UX Data, human-centered design, and seamless customer interface management. oAssist with cultural change as Defense Agencies and Field Activities enter into DES, isolating, identifying, and mitigating potential training needs to foster better use of available capabilities and using Design Thinking to inject experience/human-centered design perspectives into development activities. oApply CX/UX techniques, such as shift-left automation, to reduce touch labor and empower users oIncorporates customer ease of use and user convenience services, such as genius bars and kiosks. oProvide education and technical training on new capabilities, processes, or products introduced through digital transformation projects. oCreate and implements mission readiness certifications for staff that are specific to DES phases (transition, legacy Operations and Maintenance O&M , survey/migration, sustainment, and innovation) to increase standardization, reduce risk, and increase user satisfaction. oCollaborate with customers to understand their mission and vision as well as end-user requirements and needs oWork with other internal technical experts and teammates to ensure AI Operations are incorporated into program technical roadmaps and data transformation needs are used to help prioritize work.BASIC
Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree and 12
years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.oExperience developing endpoint optimization roadmaps. oDemonstrated experience with endpoint technologies to include Microsoft product suite. oExcellent communication and customer engagement skills. PREFERRED
Qualifications:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
