We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Document Reproduction Clerk to join our team.
You will be tasked with assisting in managing document production schedules, maintaining inventory of reproduction supplies, and ensuring the quality of reproduced materials.
Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure will be essential in meeting tight deadlines and fulfilling requests from different departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and maintain accurate records, files, and documents Assist with data entry and data management tasks Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Provide general administrative support to staff as needed Operate various reproduction equipment (photocopying machines, printers, and scanners) to duplicate documents accurately and promptly Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites Knowledge of print advertising, Adobe Creative Suite, and screen printing is a plus office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
