Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Perform basic proofreading tasks for documents and correspondence - Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area -Check in and move vehicles -Drivers license Required
Experience:
