o Provide functional support, system testing, Tier 1 technical support, and subject matter expertise for Oracle PeopleSoft based personnel security applications.
o Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
o Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities.
o Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
o Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
o Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
o Develop technical documentation, system architecture and system design documentation.
o Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
o Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
o Have ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

o Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or other technical field.
o Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureo Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance requiredo 8
Knowledge of system administration processes for the Maryland customer, including STE/STN and UAM.
o Strong Linux systems administration experience.
o Experience managing network devices.
o Experience creating and managing segmented networks.
o Experience managing software defined networks.
o Experience with shell scripting or programming in python/bash (or other programming)o 6
years experience in systems engineeringo Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:
o Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)o Familiarity with Agile processes and structures and able to work on a software development team.
