Russian Operational Language Analyst (OLA) 1 Roles/Responsibilitieso Provide voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations for National Security missionMinimum Qualificationso Active TS/SCI with Polyo Language test scores taken within the last two (2) years equivalent to the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) SkillMinimum proficiency is 2
but 3 or higher is desired.
o Minimum of two years' applicable operational experience with an associate degreeTwo additional years' operational experience may be considered in lieu of degree for a lower-level position.
o Higher labor categories require additional years of experience, at least one 3 on an ILR-approved language proficiency test, and may require a bachelor degree.
o Native speakers without cryptologic experience must have required clearance, proficiency scores, and applicable experiencePreferred Qualificationso Relevant military MOSs:
35P, 1N3X1, 1A8X1, CTI, 267X or equivalento Oral interpretation from target language to English and vice versao Audio or text translation/transcription of language materialso Quality control reviews of translations, transcriptions, or reportso Mentoring language analysts in language processingo Formal instruction of language in platform or distance learning environmentso Target and network research, development, and analysiso Identification and characterization of Network Operations threat actorso SIGINT reporting Recommended Skills Coaching And Mentoring Quality Management Sensitive Compartmented Information (Sci Clearance) Distance Learning Transcribing Graphic Design Apply to this job.
