As the Assistant Director, Living Options & Services, you will partner with the Director of Living Options & Services to facilitate The Arc's traditional Community Living Group Home and Supported Living.
This position will support Regional Managers to find innovative, person-centered approaches and will provide dedicated support, coaching, and inspire accountability within your team.
The Assistant Director reports to the Director of Living Options & Services and will partner with key stakeholders to manage the Health Access program and health/medical compliance for all Living Options & Services as well as manage the day to day operations of all Community Living group home and supported living services in Anne Arundel County.
The ideal candidate will build and lead collaborative teams, delivering consistent feedback through The Arc's coaching model.
They will ensure compliance in alignment with DDA standards, adherence to appropriate budgets, and focus on quality and continuous improvement.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, along with five years developing and managing living related programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This position requires three years of mid-level management.
The salary is $85,000 annually, plus a competitive benefits package.
