Conduct personnel plans and policy analysis, program management support services, and planning and programming analysis.
Analyze personnel plans, programs, and policy with respect to officer and enlisted personnel and documentation associated with all facets, including analysis, officer and enlisted accession plans, and force shaping.
Apply problem solving expertise to help analyze workforce policies, procedures, and tools to support transformation efforts for the federal government.
Draft Billet Change Requests (BCRs) and assist with the assessment of future workforce requirements.
Update internal workforce and staffing trackers to ensure accuracy with existing military and civilian databases.
Update organizational charts and coordinate with external entities on workforce and staffing actions and data analysis in support of cyber operations, as required.
Support the development of long-term growth plans and objectives as defined by the client.
Reengineer internal business performance practices and business process improvements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
