o Work directly with the competency management Teamo Strategic communications and marketing efforts to reach key internal and external stakeholderso Gather customer requirements for Competency Management surveys and reportso Effectively engage and inform customer stakeholders to achieve the goals of the business unit(s), and support Competency Management reporting and data collection effortso Work directly with team leaders to create change management and strategic planso Create high quality deliverables to include but not limited to:
