Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Military Plans Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will get to analyze the USCYBERCOM Campaign Plan and other command strategies, policies, and doctrine to ensure CDRUSCYBERCOM direction and command strategy are adequately interpreted into attainable and sustainable OAIs in alignment with strategic and intermediate military objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and execute assessment methodologies for USCYBERCOM campaign plans.
Task HQs staff, JFHQs, and DRUs for MoE-relevant data to support the campaign assessment; collect, re-task as necessary and analyze data for validity, applicability, and thoroughness as a coherent whole; develop thorough analysis; and, report results in writing to relevant USCYBERCOM senior leadership, J-Directorates, and JFHQs and DRUs.
Advise all USCYBERCOM staff elements in the interpretation of campaign assessments taskings and products to the Command mission.
Participate in various Command exercises and TTXs to provide expertise as to these efforts' insights into the command's campaign assessment Provide training on campaign assessment processes and products to USCYBERCOM staff, JFHQs and DRUs, other CCMDs, and various other external audiences upon request.
Track and report in writing the USCYBERCOM J5 Directorate's readiness to accomplish its Joint Mission Essential Tasks.
Initiate and make recommendations to Government leadership on campaign assessment process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new product/service offerings to enhance support for the campaign assessment effort.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the identified area of expertise.
Demonstrate the initiative and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to processes and procedures unique to HQs USCYBERCOM and the larger cyber warfighting environment skilled in problem-solving, teamwork, and written/verbal communications Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph or willingness to take a Polygraph Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Salary Range:
$81,500.
00 - $142,600.
