o Provides specialized knowledge and experience with Army HUMINT to assist in development and implementation of a holistic individual and organizational risk reduction programo Use experience, analysis, and time management to work with a small team in planning and orchestrating the multi-faceted build of organizational structures and capabilities to provide risk mitigation and enable operational securityo Receive operational requirements and conduct original research and analysis of open and classified reporting to determine individual and organizational risko Apply subject matter expertise in signature reduction to advise and inform personnel on best operational security and risk mitigation measures during operational activitieso Assist in the development of planning documents and build out of organizational structures to aid in the future footprint of the unito Work with external Army and other DOD organizations to understand and apply due diligence and risk mitigation methodologies in multiple project life cycleso Collect and compile factual data to be incorporated into larger due diligence and analytical projects; prepares and disseminates finished assessmentso Performs other job-related duties as assigned Intelligence Management Specialist Mid Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
o Minimum of eight (8) years' experience within the IC, must include knowledge of and experience with intelligence operations planning and its various disciplines, functions, processes.
o Minimum of two (2) years of experience in operations security, identity management, signature reductiono Active TS/SCI - must be willing and able to obtain CI Polygrapho Bachelor's degree in any disciplineo Completion of the following:
o Advanced Technicians Course (ATC)o Due Diligence Course (DDC)o Completion of Advanced Planners Course highly desiredo Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis.
o Experience in delivering global situational awareness in support of planning, synchronization, decision making and execution of client missions.
o Knowledge of state-of the- art intelligence analysis tools.
o Experience in manning research and coordination for projects.
o Experience in instructing and interacting with small groups on data and information requirements and coordinating tasks.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics using available multimedia software and applications.
