Our client is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant Location:
Fort Meade, MD (onsite Monday - Friday) Title:

month contract or FTE/Direct-Hire Must have an active TS/SCI clearance prior to start Responsibilities Include:
oHandling daily administrative tasks including phone calls, visitors, correspondence, and filingoComposing and formatting documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence oMaking travel arrangements and preparing authorizations and vouchers using DTSoTracking tasks and action items using government tracking systemsoCoordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and events including agendas, obtaining A/V equipment, and booking roomsoMaintaining calendars, SharePoint sites, and office procedures/protocolsoPreparing and distributing staff meeting briefs, read aheads, and activity reports oMonitoring inboxes and tasking out assignments using task management systemsoRetrieving documents and information from files and databases as neededRequired Qualifications and Skills:
oActive TS/SCI clearanceo4
years of administrative experience supporting military/government operationsoExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailoProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools oStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesoAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentoCustomer service focused, with the ability to interface with all levels of personnel Contact:
