Responsibilities:
Perform indexing and scanning of documents Provide QA/QC on scanned documents Burn CDs/DVDs and creating PDFs Inventory and send material to the Federal Records Center Pick up and/or deliver material for EPA staff to be brought to/from the Records Center Provide the supervisor with weekly reports.

HS diploma or equivalent with 3 years' experience working in a records environment or library environment.
Working knowledge of standard desktop software such as MS Word; Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
Team oriented and able to communicate effectively, patiently, and courteously with others.
Physical demands include full range of arm movement, e.
g.
, lifting above the head, ability to do data entry for long periods of time, ability to sit for long periods of time, usage of step or regular ladders to reach higher shelves, ability to lift at least 40 pounds in weight on a near daily basis, pushing or pulling 160 pounds on a cart, and the abilities to bend, stoop, and kneel.
Primarily works in an office environment; office appropriate attire required.
Ability to pass a government background investigation which requires Permanent Residency or US Citizenship.
