Systems Engineer (Top Secret Clearance)

Our client is looking for a Systems Engineer position supporting the US Strategic Command, NC3 Enterprise Center in a contract-to-hire position.
Job
Responsibilities:
Working on complex application problems involving all phases of systems analysis to provide solutions.
Analyzing user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
Performing functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
Providing technical support for software development and integration tasks, including review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards.
Assessing and identifying opportunities and technological capabilities across the NC3 enterprise, interfacing within industry, DoD mission partners and academia and providing specific recommendations for SE&I (such as, reports, papers, briefings) to act upon them.
Assessing new technologies and innovations to develop technical recommendations that ensure the integrity and continuity of operations supporting evolving NC3/National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) requirements.
Collaborating with NEC Next Gen Division and other key stakeholder to support the development and sustainment of an engineering campaign plan that captures, in time block increments, programs, initiatives, and investments for the NC3Enterprise outline in the NC3 Campaign Plan.
Capturing the results of work packages within the engineering campaign plan, such as completed mission engineering studies (to include artifacts) or developed interface specifications.
Skills needed for role:
Security Clearance Required-Top-secret w/ SCI Eligibility Security Clearance Required Top Secret w/ SCI Eligibility.
One of the following education/experience combinations:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field.
Plus 5 years' relevant experience working on requirements analysis, software development and integration, design, and solutions delivery.

years relevant experience, including 5 years' relevant experience working on requirements analysis, software development and integration, design, and solutions delivery.
Combatant Command Center/Joint Operations Command Center experience (desired).
Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Recommended Skills Communication Functional Design Information Technology Innovation Investments Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
