Description :
CACI is seeking highly motivated individuals for opportunities at United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), Ft Meade, Maryland. Requires current TS/SCI with CI Ploy and IAT Level II Certification.
The client would like to see at least 5-12 yrs experience in web development,
5-12 yrs deploying, testing, implementing and maintaining network and Web-based initiatives, and Demonstrated ability to complete projects and lead or direct the work of others
PLEASE NOTE: THE TOTAL COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSITION IS ONLY$60 K- 70K PER YEAR.
POSITION
Summary:
Develops custom programs for web sites that will attract and appeal to users, and provide desired information. Possesses expertise in programming and server software operations. Creates Web front-end user interface to new or existing databases using a combination of HTML, SQL, C, VB or other languages to make business applications accessible. Serves as team leader and provides guidance to less experienced staff.

Responsibilities:
Uses web design expertise in working with clients to develop concepts from which to propose a custom application/web design/process, develops the use case, and writes and tests the code.
Reviews, analyzes and modifies web systems including documenting, designing, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining as specified by management.
Creates and maintains custom programs for websites utilizing various updated and cutting edge technologies.
Implements client/company product features into new and existing websites.
Develops improvements for existing processes.
Works with others to develop and implement proprietary content & data management systems built with various technologies into new and existing websites.
Designs and implements dynamic, data driven designs for new websites as well as existing client websites.
Leads projects including web-based applications, website enhancements, desktop applications, database-backed websites and web layout enhancements.
Participates and leads discussions on processes concerning the architecture of new applications to meet client needs.
Codes web pages utilizing XHTML and CSS and other computer coding languages, following industry standards.
Works in several programming languages including SQL, PHP, and JavaScript as well as combinations of languages such as AJAX.
Works in several development frameworks including .NET, Ruby on Rails, Smarty, and PEAR.
Works with a variety of database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server among others. Work within a variety of database frameworks including ODBC and ADO.
Installs or customizes modules and features for Open Source and proprietary software packages.
Serves as team leader and provides guidance to less experienced staff.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of related experience.
